Had a herniated disc in my lower back (from heavy lifting in the garden) and after three months of severe sciatica pain and immobility I was just about ready to take the steroid injection route. Then I went to see Mr. William Hinds at Palmwoods Physio. After some months of lumbar mobilization, dry needling and a careful exercise regime I'm now free of pain and back to 97% mobility. Feeling stoked! Thanks for all your help Bill.
